Dean Guajardo’s session abstract: Innovations and Challenges in Education
Higher education can, and must, lead the way in defining a new leadership narrative, preparing students for their roles as global leaders. Change makers in higher education are needed to create a revolution of inclusive global learning and civic engagement. Women must see themselves playing the lead role in this new narrative. Promoting intercultural awareness and experiences at home and abroad, the development of a global mindset, global skills, and global strategy are important and valuable initial steps.
